Gattai Games is a Singapore-based game studio where developers come together to create Novel and Quality interactive experiences. Also, we like giant combining robots and think the GG acronym is funny.

History

Origins

Circa June 2014, A group of Digipen Singapore graduates decided that they wanted to build the games they loved without a suit looking over them, and on that day (more like over the course of a few months), Gattai Games was borned.

Stifled - A Mic-Enabled Sound-Based Stealth Thriller

In Stifled, the sounds made by your in-game character and yourself through microphone input reveal the otherwise hidden world through ‘echolocation’. However, undue noise will attract the attention of creatures lurking in the darkness. To survive, you will have to tread the line between making sounds to see, and staying quiet to stay hidden. Because in Stifled, they HEAR your fear.

Lurking

Stifled is the spiritual successor to Lurking, a game that was developed over a course of 6 months in Digipen Institute of Technology, Singapore. Lurking won the Best Student Game and Excellence in Technology awards at the 2014 IGF China and was also a SOWN nominee at the 2014 Tokyo Game Show and Gamer's Voice Nominee at SXSW 2015.
